    First of all Jan: Your bird of paradise quilt is breatakingly stunning! You should enter it in a quilt show because, Wow!
    And the FMQ you came up with is absolutely perfect in the way it compliments the rest of your art! Really showcases your ability to think outside the box.

    I think the FMQ choice is perfect. This quilt is drop-down gorgeous. I love birds of paradise to begin with, and you really caught their brilliance in your quilt.

    I love it. It does not sound weird at all. Quilting is about having fun and expressing yourself, you did that very thing. Screw what other people think, the only one who matters is you. You spent all the time and effort making it. I believe in doing quilting 'my' way, if I like the outcome; I did great.
