I just finished making a new wallhanging called Welcome Friends by Teacher's Pet. I am proud to say that the entire wallhanging was made from scraps from my stash. I found a charm pack and a couple of stapled bundles of 1 1/2" fabric samples that I won at a LQS in my stash and that served as the basis for the wallhanging. When I unstapled the two bundles I was delighted to find that every single square was a different color and/or pattern so I used these around the edges of the design. I found backing material, binding left over from another quilt, thread from the last quilt and even batting left from another quilt to complete the wallhanging!

**Just a note: I used scraps and a charm pack which is not what the patterns calls for so I really had to scrunch my design up to make it fit!
