Default Welcome quilt for new (teenage) grandson

This weekend my DGS is getting married and I made a log cabin quilt for him and his new bride. She has a teenage son and I thought we needed to do something for him to welcome him to the family. His Mom said he likes stars, so I made him a scrappy mountain star quilt as shown on Quiltville. I will be giving it to him at the reception. Sure hope he likes it. I was pleased how it turned out. Hope you like it and thanks for looking.

Beautifully done....and i am sure that it will mean a great deal to him (and his mom) that you would do this. Love the color scheme on this...and the way the blocks make such a great border.
