Please share the name of the pattern. I know a few posts back it was confused with the bento box. I have lots of batiks and would like to use same pattern.[QUOTE=Boston1954;7813464]Yes, this is what happens when I turn on the sewing machine before the computer. ( ha, I bet you were thinking there was a problem)
I told myself I wanted to get something done this week, and I did. Of course this is just the top, but that is still quite a bit of work, as all of you know. It's all batiks and inspired from a picture I saw online. 81 1/2 x 62 inches. I love deep rich colors, don't you?
I did the first two blocks and had to rip one of them out twice. Then I realized the corners are the same thing just turned a bit. So, I employed a different strategy and it is wonderful. While I worked on it, I thought of many names for it, and finally decided to name it

Thanks so much for all the wonderful and amusing comments.
To Jbj137, Pewa88, Copycat, and Tessagin (and anyone else I may have missed)
Yes, I am always happy to share patterns and ideas. I have gotten so many wonderful ideas right here. When I looked at the one I saw online I realized that the corner sections were all the same thing, just turned one quarter from each other. I wanted large blocks so I cut my pieces 3 x 3, 3 x 5 1/2, and 3 x 8. It is an easy pattern and just cries for lots of color. I did not have any jelly rolls so I just cut from my stash.
My blocks ended up being 17 1/2 inches or thereabouts. By the way, the light beige is not batik. I forgot that when I posted yesterday.
Have fun, and be sure to show me what you come up with.
