    How smart of your DD to think of a quilt to cover the fireplace ...and I love your idea of a roaring fire. I really like the quilt you made from scraps.

    When I first looked at it I thought WOW how clever to make the quilt look like tree trunks, then I saw white birch trees, even better! Great idea.

    What a cool design for the purpose.... you did a great job with this. I'd love to see what you come up with for the roaring fire design. Very creative.
