    Lucky you. I went to an estate sale the other day and picked up twenty packs of machine needles for four dollars, well worth the ten that I spent in gas.

    before you give up on the pfaff, have the brushes checked. the same thing happened to me on a necchi and it gave me an extra 6 years. btw, the vikings are wonderful!

    I'll try that. I'm taking it back to my hometown to be serviced. When I walked into the shop here and described a problem, the first words out of the lady were "I think your motor is going out and that is expensive". Immediately I was on the defensive and very wary. I know the guy at home, so I'll try there first.
