    I vote for tan. But I'm a bit color challenged, always going for the safe choice.

    Oh wow! I'm sitting on the fence...both are fantastic! I would love to see it quilted, it's a beautiful quilt!

    I know everyone else is going for the blue, but I personally think the other is better, and that you wouold like the overall look of it. The neutralness of it will enhance the quilt. A longarmer friend of mine uses a lot of taupe of multicolored quilts and everyone is happy with the results. i know yours is not taupe thread, but close enough. I think it will look better on both colors in your quilt

    My heart says blue because I like blue. But to be practical, you would need to use the one that blends best with your bobbin thread unless your machine is perfectly tensioned so the bobbin thread would not show on the top.

    I would choose tan, as it will go with all the colors the best. Just me.

    How strange is this? A whole bunch of people voted for blue and then sduddenly the tides changed and lots of people voting for tan.......

    It will not matter, either of those colors will blend in perfectly. Use the blue and save the tan for projects that must have tan.
    Just my humble opinion.
