Default What DD and I accomplished at our weekend retreat

Every year my DD and I attend a weekend retreat with a patchwork group and every year we try and come up with a project that will keep us going all weekend.

The week before we left I spent 3 days cutting the entire quilt and we spent 2 and a half days at retreat piecing the top. Then on Thursday I quilted it at our LQS on her longarm.

The pattern is Butterflies are Free by Pam Bono and is King Size 104 inches square

From start to finish it took 3 weeks

    Thank you for looking

Your quilt is gorgeous! Love the design and the colors. Since you shared the piecing, who gets the quilt?
