First, I love your camper. I would sew them together as a circle and make pillows or use them as cornerstones with your own block in the center making a wall hanging or pillows. FYI if your concerned about the hand stitched seams take some lightweight fusible interfacing and cut into strips to iron over the seams. I’ve done this many times when I know the seam is going to get a lot of stress.

Some of the fabrics I remember as feed sack fabrics from the 30's and 40's they bring back memories. I love the fans but I think decorating the camper with pillows and other things are a good idea. However anything on the windows should be well lined to stop the sun from fading the old fabric.

Whatever you do, don't tear anything apart. If you have all those circles, incorporate them into blocks. Maybe even appliqué them onto a tone on tone block! Small print would be lovely. The fans are gorgeous too! Please repost when you get it done! They will go so nicely in that cute camper!
