curtains, table runners. My friend has her basement area set up like a bar, complete with neon signs. That'd be gorgeous. :)

Plus, I live in the DINER state - NJ. :D

was shopping for a mattress and box spring last weekend- you can buy the chrome and red table and chairs, 50's style- brand new.

    fun times!

As a shop owner/worker that's a difficult decision for sure!

How many pieces are with this pattern/collection? If it's just one or maybe two pieces, I'd risk going for it, as there will always be those who'll use it as described in the previous posts. A bolt or two won't bust the shop's budget.

If there are several designs that are pattern specific, not blenders that would work elsewhere, that makes the shop's decision harder.

It's awful darn cute, though! I don't envy your decision!

I have a passion (or obsession?) for full set cotton pajamas made out of novelty fabrics. I would make a set out of the red and black fabric with the coffee pots, sugar jars etc.

NJ is indeed the diner state. Here are two pictures of a quilt I saw at a show here last spring.

What an amazing quilt! I can't be quite sure from the picture ... were all those little scenes done in applique? What a lot of work, and talent!
