    It is a Singercraft guide. I have several & they are very fun to use. You can use it to add embellishments or even make rugs. I added fringe to a tote I made for my gf using it. Not sure if you can open the link.

    Just checked out your pics; loved them. How long did it take you to make that fringe? They evidently have (had) different sizes. I too have several machines. I have a White Treadle and 2 electric Singers, and a hand-crank one.
