Didn't you know it's not a REAL quilt until a cat gives it it's approval?!?!

Cute and beautiful cat! Quilt looks pretty too!

Oh, I KNOW they have to approve of my quilts. Just last night, my little girl had to make sure the embroidery was working on the machine. She was watching it so much, she fell asleep and I ended up having to rip all the embroidery out. UGH!

Yes, he's a handsome boy. All 25 pounds of him!

    tlrnhi and Shadow Dancer

I wanted to tell you about a marmalade cat we had. My sister named him KiKi (y'know, faster than kitty, kitty), but my teenage brother kept calling him Stud!

Finally one day, when she overheard John calling him; "Come here Stud, what a Stud!" and going on in that vein, she choked back snigger. He said "What!!!! Nooooooooo!" He was appalled to find out that Kiki was longer a Stud!

And he knew our Dad was (is) a responsible Veterinarian!

His full name is Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalani'ani'oli.
He was an Hawaiian Prince that was just full of mischief when he was young and that's what this big boy was when he was a kitten. Who know that this little kitten that would fit in your shirt pocket would grow so big!
We call him Kit-Kit, Kitten or Big Boy.
He got the Kitten because when we got him, he was the kitten among the other 2 that we had.
He is also known as "Healer Cat" because when anyone is sick/not feeling good, he curls up with them and makes them feel better.
He's my handsome boy and I wouldn't trade him for the world. Wouldn't trade any of the cats I have ever had.

    Sure...take his side!
I did NOT turn my back on him. He was nowhere around when I layed the quilt out. Must be his stealthiness that got him on the quilt top without me noticing him.
