    this little project kept me from my quilting the past 2 weeks. It a civl War Camp dress. Glad its done .Now got money for more fabric to quilt. I'm headed to Joanns

    A friend does Civil War reenactments. She does not sew ad ask if I could make the dress for her.

    The next photo is one of 5 dresses for a wedding for another friend. I still have to make the yellow baby blue and pink dress. The bride would also like one in White so she can change out of her gown. The wedding is mid August

    I hate to sew but need to support my habit

    Cool!! Now you have to figure out which quilt you are going to put them in.....or Civil War dress....Maybe there is a budding Scarlett in dire need of your beautiful work. Aw to heck with Scarlett.....use it for yourself. Can't wait to see your creation!

    You did a great job. I sewed for other people for 12 years. Made all kinds of clothes, costumes, home fashions, my specialty redesigning wedding gowns....I don't miss it, now that quilting has caught my eye.
