Oh wow! I am in awe! No way I could show you my design board - 1 wall hanging, 14 star blocks, 3 tops in the closet to be quilted, one draped over my chair as a wip quilting, 10 BOMs done and 2 to go from last year, 1 BOM for this month, two in the hopper from the web, a purse pattern cut out on the ironing board, a craftsy.com course wallhanging also on the ironing board, four pot pinchers cut out and waiting for the machine, should I continue? LOL!

I don't have a design wall either, use my bed and the floor!

Here is my quilt top that I got put together today. I sent a pic of it as a WIP earlier today. This is it now. I plan on FMQ on it as soon as I can find the time. I LOVE how it turned out. My friend, who is getting married in our chapel in 2 wks, said she likes purple, green and would like that for a wedding gift. Sorry, Colleen. This one's mine.

Here's a little sidetrack I took today. I'm not sure what it's going to be, but it can't be very big because these are all the blocks I can make from this fabric, which started out as a half-yard remnant. I have been seeing quilts made with this technique and have been wanting to try it for some time. I bought enough of a different fabric to make a large quilt, but got cold feet and decided I needed a little practice and experimentation, which this is. The various fabrics on the side and under the blocks are just things I pulled from my stash to see how they'd go.

Thanks for starting this thread, MissM. I love seeing all the wonderful quilts in their planning stages. I hope people will be adding to this for weeks!
