I learned how to choose colors that work with each other, how to use a 9-patch ruler and a 4-patch ruler, how to "nestle" seams - to get that perfect matching of the corners, how to figure out the amounts of material needed, how to properly press without stretching, how to design my own pattern (this will take some practice!), learned a new way of putting it all together, and learned how to do a binding. The best part of the class was enjoying making new friends, and watching how their quilts turned out, too.
So how do you nestle seams so you get perfect corners and matching points? That is always my problem

    You did good!
I think a quilt class would benefit me but they are too far away!
