    I worked on this dresden plate today. Making a tablerunner for my son. He loves black. Sorry it's not a full pic I only have a scanner no camera.

    I wish I made something like that today. it is great. My son loves when I make him things. I made a few yo yo's It took an hour to make only 6!
    Thats all I did today.

    Mikey Likey! that is beautiful! Black is such a distinctive color. This will be quite memorable!

    Seriously, it is beautiful. I wish I could have been working on something like that today. (whine, whine, whine... :-( ) Ok, back to work I go. (even more whining... :lol: )

    I think it looks great I love Dresden plates. I did one in loads of colors posted here on the board

    I would never have considered black and white for a dresden plate but it's looks great. It will look very rich looking when finished! How many plates will you make for the runner? Keep us posted!

    He has 2 small end tables which will take 2 each and a coffe table. I'm not sure how long it is so I'll make 4 for that one. I actually bought the fab for my BOM but he saw the black print and assumed I was making him something and I couldn't say no so I'll have to skip this months BOM and make it next month.

    Debbie, I really enjoyed seeing your plate, I've been collecting B&W fats for a Road to Freedom quilt, now I can't wait to get started, I love that look. Thanks for the boost.
