    Same here......DH is retired which means were a couple with not a lot needing doing.But,still...I never seem to get too much done,quilty wise.Maybe I spend too much time on here,when I should be sewing? That sounds about right :-)

    Terrific, as always, Chele! I'm saving selvedges to do 'something' with. Do you cut yours wider? I usually cut them about an inch or so.

    I dont sew with mine , my veggie growing husband steals
    all of them for his gardern great for tying up tomatoes
    , beans, peas, etc it keeps him busy , I dont think we have had a meal in the past 3 years that has not had something in it that he grew, our grandies love coming to explore Poppies jungle and pick beans .

    mimisharon, I usually cut off 1.25 to 1.5 inches because I love seeing the fabric print too.

    Thanks Chele! Now I feel bad about tossing my selvages! From now on, I'm keeping them. Going to print out your pics too. (Just for inspiration, ya' know?)

    Just looked at the tute. This is kind of like Ditter's string quilt, huh? Only not QAYG.
