Work in Progress for the April Doll Swap.
My partner requested a Spring theme, first thought that popped in my head was butterflies, (can't go wrong with that.......I hope....!)
Anyway, the technique is Reverse Applique and pattern comes from my quilt book collection except I made lots of changes and increased the size of the butterfly wings. The blocks will measure at 12.5" finished after trimming down, and a total of (4) blocks to complete the look.
Need 1 more block to go and then put it together, quilt, bind, and mail off to my partner.
