    It looks great! I like your border idea of a red boarder and then a log cabin border.

    Great job, I like the idea of the thin red border, then maybe a blue one to really make it pop.

    I would do a narrow red border and then do something in blue to match the wall...The size just depends on what you want to use it for...Look forward to the finished project....

    I would do the red small border and do the blue of your wall like others suggested. Also make it longer.

    I like your plan for a thin red border. I've seen log cabin quilts with a piano key outer border using leftover fabrics from the logs. Then bind it with the red. Did I mention I really like your quilt?!!!!!!!!!!!!!
