    Beautiful Creative Quilts.

To answer your question re Charity auctions etc. I have been quilting less then 2 years. last year I made a lap size quilt for my grands school. At raffle brought in $75.00. Last Fall I made a beautiful large lap quilt, interpertation of church scantuary. Was not placed well. Did not make much money. I just finished a queen size quilt quilt using recycled school uniforms for same daughter. Look at my posts, 3 rd page, close to bottom. I do not know how to do this as a direct link. This quilt will probably be put in live auction end of April.

Do not belong to any guilds as of yet.

I've been thinking of doing a quilt for auction or raffle to help fund my Son's Memorial Scholarship. I even thought if board members had UFO's they wanted to get out of their sewing rooms, I could use them as well. I did a bike ride last year but it was not well attended due to the weather on that date (ended up being a cold and windy April day). I am open to suggestions. Last year we were able to award one $1000 scholarship. And I think we have raised enough for another $1000 for this year. A quilt raffle might be another good way to fund the scholarship. Any thoughts?

What beautiful quilts, ok, move to NW PA, we will put you to use. Sorry they do not appreciate what they have. Perhaps you could volunteer to do a mini class project and bring show and tell so they see how wonderful your projects are.

In AK it was so much nicer and more fun.

Here are a few of the quilts I helped design/make while in AK.
Those are beautiful-- you are very talented!
