    I agree 100% with this. A dark green border would also bring out the small amount of dark green you have in the quilt.

    Look at some of the 30's prints for the larger outside border after you add a solid inside border. Beautiful quilt, be a treasure when you finish.

    Yay! You all have inspired me to put down everything I am doing and just finish it, I should not dwell on this. It is beautiful and thank you all for making me see that again. Seven days from now I hope to be posting a complete picture! Ambitious, I know, but that is me, all or nothing! LOL

    Okay, so a lot of snags on the way to completion... ran out of thread, ordered it, never showed up, bought fabric for the borders then I would the scraps so I decided to expand, LOL. IT IS DONE... and on my king size bed, where it is going to stay! It ended up being a large queen or small king! Yay.
