Beautiful all around, great work. I looked at the picture with the M O B minister and just knew from the background that it was taken around here. Then I looked at your location. A God's country resident always recognizes home.

Clover has come out with a template for making folded fabric flowers. Same principle as the folded snowflake. Fold a fabric square into eighths, round off the top and string about 25-30 of them together, using a variety of fabrics. Then pull the string and tie them off. They form into a nice ball. Fluff open the folded parts and voila, a nice looking bouquet. The templates come in four sizes from 3 inches to 6 inches.

We had a great time a month or so before the wedding. The bride and her bridesmaids each made their own bouquets from the fabric and "accessories" I provided. It was a fun day! They used the medium and extra large sizes. I used the small 3" sizes for the corsage.

Since they had already "done the deed" my daughter asked if I would officiate at the wedding celebration ceremony. I was honored to do so, as well as do my duties as mother of the bride. So this picture is of me in my outfit "officiating." At this ceremony, she got to walk down the aisle in her dress, exchange the vows they wrote, give a gift to the other's child, and do a blending ceremony with sand. Pictures also included.

OK - we'll give you a pass on the quilting thing. You were still accomplishing wonders with fabric! A beautiful day, family, and occasion - Congratulations!

Beautiful family and beautiful work. You must have been a wreck with the wedding and reception at your house! Love the camo dress! There's a company not far from here that makes camo prom dresses. Only camo prom dresses.....I never thought they would be so popular.

What a LUCKY girl to have you for a mother! I can't believe you did all that work. If you had made a quilt during this time too......everyone on the QB would have keeled over dead!

Beautiful sewing, beautiful bride, beautiful day=glorious wedding!

    Congratulations!
