I would use the shoe material in a quilt that had pieced or appliqued shoes highlighting each square, You could do different fashions in shoes through the ages or an array of modern shoes - either all modern, or an array of different types of footwear worn by young people - similar to the opening credits of the movie,"Footloose".

I LOVE these fabrics, and I am not usually a fan of shoe prints or purse prints. These would make great accessories for a young woman's bedroom: pillows, curtains, lamp shade, table cloth, bedskirt, pillow cases, bulletin board, covered boxes for storage.

I love them, the zig zag is a little eye opeing, it would be great as a binding.

    And medallions.

These are by Studio E, what do you think of these and how would you use them?

I could see the shoes paired with other fashion fabrics for purses or quilts for a teen girls quilt. I also live the red fabric just after the shoes. I could see that in borders or backings and the ziz zag could be worked into backing or reverse side of placemats with the fruit or veggie fabrics.

I think I would try and find some fabric with hand bags aned hats in the same colors and use them all in different size blocks.Maybe using the zig zag for the binding or a small border, either for the entire quilt or to outline different blocks. and use the other fabrics for borders or small blocks, but use the shoes and hats & bags if you can find them, for large blocks.

Just last week a customer asked me to make a tote back with a shoe pattern to give as a gift. Too bad these are not available yet.
