    I make these for quick gifts or stocking stuffers.
    So easy.

    Sew a gathering stitch across the middle of the kitchen towel and gather to the with of a potholder.
    Stitch the pot holder to the towel.
    Fold potholder in half and sew on a button.
    It hangs on drawer pulls or oven door.

    My mom makes those but instead of a potholder on top she crochets the part that hangs over a handle and attaches a button. I like both versions--I use them all the time and they really are appreciated as small gifts.

    I also crochet on the top of a kitchen towel & sew on a button! I have been doing these for 40 yrs. for family & friends!!
