    it's just beautiful. I am making yo yo's for a quilt but mine are 1 1/2 inch size. makes me wish I had started with larger ones. It might take me 20 years to finish. Oh yes, I don't have 20 years. I really am in trouble.

    While your quilt project is not something I would ever chose to do,
    I MUST say that it is a very PRETTY project and well worth the completion. Good job! <wave>
    for the record <g> I have made a bunch of yo-yos once, but I used them as corsages for an American Legion conference ...
    I really have to applaud your perseverence and the beauty you have added to the quilting world with your finished project. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

    This is absolutely stunning! I have always wanted a yo yo quilt and maybe with your inspiration I will make one some day! (decade?!) THANKS for sharing!

    Patti, it's gorgeous. I love your colors and design. I commend you for finishing it. When I was young my sis and I made clowns using yo-yos. Judy finished hers I think, but then she is 6 years older. I didn't have the patience and only got the arms, body, and 1 leg done.

    That is TOO pretty!! Great job and yes I sometimes start a project and lose interest for a l o n g time!! Yours was too pretty not to finish!!
