    DHMom ... Thanks for your design consults on this one. Fermentation is good ... was starting to worry you had got frozen up in The Big Chill!!!

    Neither did I, Twinkie, til I was faced with the dilemma of letting of not wanting the cows cut up! You could do any favourite block!
