Thank you for responding. I hope yesterday's earthquake wasn't too much of a shaker for you. We called a 92 year old aunt living in Martinsville VA and she was fine. Have a wonderful day and I hold your quilt as my inspiration to finish hand quilting one I started three years ago for my daughter and it is just along the ditch.

I used Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 in this quilt, if memory serves me correctly. And yes, I did it in a floor frame...Hinterberg 3-roll frame.
I started handquilting in 1994...did a baby quilt...then had to stop quilting till 2002 due to carpal tunnel syndrome. Two weeks after my carpal tunnel release surgery, I started handquilting again! :)

Beautiful heirloom quilt - you must be so proud that it is almost finished. You know, in my opinion there are times when you finish a beautiful quilt you can sure understand why some quilts are never used.
