U did a great job, wow. I have been on a site called Hometalk and found a number of things to do with my old waterbed, cabinet made out of the old drawers for over the toilet and used shutter doors, etc. but this, this I might have to do.......my waterbed had the three drawers underneath on each side, not all the nice sotrage u had but will work I think just putting the six drawers together and mayb add three sections underneath for storage for the thick fabric like fleece, flannel and home decor, etc......thank u for sharing, so nice.....

Be prepared to b on here for a while, just search for anything u r interested in making and they have a lot of ideas for storage and all for our quilting and such, mayb I will post this so all can c and get ideas for their rooms, etc. huh

Great job of repurposing your waterbed. I have a similar ironing surface. I repurposed the triple dresser that matched our waterbed. The waterbed has been gone a long time, but I couldn't part with all the storage space in that dresser. It has lots of drawer space and a 2 door cabinet in the middle. DH made a big board ironing top that fits on the top of the dresser. I now have a 24 x 66 ironing surface. I love it.
