A lot of work went into your beautiful Cathedral WIndow quilt...painstaking sewing since I'm sure your Grandmother stitched it by hand. Treasure it and the memories of your Grandmother that peek through each window!

My grandmother quilted too! And unfortunately I was not interested in quilting when I was younger so I lost out on alot of knowledge. Your quilt is beautiful!

What a wonderful legacy left to you by your grandmother. I am so glad that you have decided to continue the quilting tradition.

That is exactly why I started quilting. My grandmother died when I was a teenager as well. I have a couple of her quilts and I still have flour sack material that was also hers. Although I am now 58 and started quilting in my early 30s.

It is great you have started quilting so at a young age.
