Thats what I am planning to do, I might even see if I can find plain primary colours to 'frame' each block then use black as sashing.....how does that sound????????????? :D

Hey! I've seen that fabric with the droplets on it--isn't it fun to know it's in NY AND in Spain. :D

Is this done with paper piecing? What is this term,CRUMB quilt,is this something new I missed. Or just what you call using scraps. Certenly don't want to miss out on any thing new..

No its not paper pieced, I just start with a small piece, line up another, open out, line up another piece, and work my way around, until its big enough to be squared up to 6" If you use the search button at the top and enter crumb blocks you will find a link to a tutorial, which is what got me started :D Hope this makes sense

Very striking Izy. The crumbs are so addicting once you get going, as you know, huh? Keep up the good work and we'll look forward to seeing the finished quilt.
