    Default Wild Log Cabin

I made this quilt for my husband to donate to a family reunion raffle.
Since I was going to set the blocks in the straight furrows I wanted a pieced backing to go on the diagonal also so I pieced this wild backing. It didn't dawn on me that when I pieced the backing with the blocks measuring the same as the log cabin blocks, I wouldn't have any left over backing to get it on the quilt frame. Did pretty good except I was about 1 inch short when I got to the end, pieced a little bit to go on the bottom. Not going to try that again.
