    Default Winding Ways Fall pillow

I ended up making a pillow out of my test block. i just bought some winding ways templates. 12 inch ones. I made the mistake of spray starching some of the fabric I got out of my fat qtr drawer. Well i did that after tracing around the templates on the fabric. some shrank. it took me awhile to figure out what I did wrong. so i trimmed it down better and made this pillow out of it.
    lesson learned.

Your pillow is lovely but I am confused why did the fabric shrink? It seems backward that the fabric would shrink because of starch! Merry Christmas.

Pretty pillow! It is good you found the problem before doing enough pieces for a quilt!

well it was not washed. it did gather up on the outside edge. it was the gold skinny pieces. otherwise it was my mistakes.

A good use of a "mistake".
