How beautiful! I like your idea of fussy cutting out the animals from the panel. Very creative. The cross hatch quilting added the perfect touch. Thanks for sharing!

The pillow cover animals are from a panel - Merrily Gingiber for Moda Fabrics. I'm almost finished a tree shaped front door hanging using smaller matching animals and some yardage. I've got a table runner to match the pillow covers - used lots of different fabrics from this fabric line.
