    Love Quilt Doodle! I am in love with her patterns and this one is terrific. You did an amazing job and have created a true family heirloom.

    Thank you for the sweet comments! This was a fun year long project.
    To hang it, i made a sleeve on the back ( sewed top edge along with the binding-is there a way to sew the bottom edge by machine???) and DH cut a piece of 1/2" pvc pipe a few inches shorter than width of quilt, and we put large Command hooks to hold the pvc pipe, that will allow me to remove everything without leaving holes in the wall!

    I omitted a row of christmas lights at the top and replaced it with the row of snowflakes. Also omitted a row of i e skates-mine looked more like hockey boots!! Used a row of paper pieced trees at the bottom, and the trees and moose blick were originally just another large pine tree.
