    Yooper32 - I am literally LOL...1st time I have ever typed that! I use a sheet of rigid insulation for a design wall. That particular piece is several years old. One weekend one of my GSs was moving it for me and it broke off in his hand at that spot. It looks like a bite has been taken out, doesn't it? This piece is 6' tall and 6' wide. I also have one that is 8' tall and 6' wide for larger quilts. I don't put flannel or felt on mine, I just use pins, because I use them to spray baste my quilts. It is so much easier for me to baste standing up than kneeling on the floor, or trying to reach across a table. Back to my quilt - It really is square, it is just hanging funny on the right side. I am going to use this for my "dirty Santa" gift that we do in our family on Christmas day.
