    So beautiful!! I love blue and this is gorgeous! And it does have a wintry, icy look. Love the snowflakes and how you used the triangles around it. Would love to see a pic of the original fabric. I'd like to do one of these someday, maybe just a lap quilt size tho.

    The OBW fabric was a water print from Kaufman's North American Wildlife line.

    Fabulous quilt. Looking forward to seeing the finished project. I haven't been brave enough to do this yet. I love the blue and white shades you've chosen. Would love to see the original fabric. Great Job.

    Wow that is so pretty. I'd keep it on my bed longer and think of it as a "stary night" quilt not just winter one!!
