    Spectacular! I have not read all the comments but it is not unusual at all to have to block any densely quilted quilt, regardless of if it is done on a DSM or LA. Batting you live and learn. Poly tends to flatten right out when densely quilted. For something of this nature I would have even gone double batting to help hold up to all the thread you layed down. This would make a jaw dropping, award winning quilt done bed size IMHO. In fact I think you could probably get a couple of ribbons as a wallhanging. You should enter it. It is really unique and beautiful. I am so glad you opted to share it with us.

    That is one amazing quilt, so very pretty and what a lot of quilting. I agree with CarolynMT that you should enter it into a quilt show, it's so beautiful.

    Whatever you did, it's wonderful. I think a bit of puffy would only make it better. I'd be proud to hang it.
