    I think this piece is just stunning. Go for it. Remember, "mistakes" are sometimes design decision opportunities.

    I wouldn't abandon the idea of a bigger one yet. A good longarmer can give you that density with very little if any distortion. There may be some shrinkage however.

    Wow, it is amazing, it is a great interpretation of winter wind, the quilting certainly looks like cold wind blowing.

    That is absolutely gorgeous! I know what you mean about quilting on a domestic machine. I only quilt my small stuff and have to send out anything larger so it will look pretty. You did a fantastic job! Thank you for sharing.
