    I took a picture to show my mom how my Granny's quilt is coming along, so I figured I'd post it here too...so here it is. :D

    This is just my rows, they're not pressed or sewn together yet, but I really like how it's turning out so far. I'll be doing a border in the cream/off white, then a kind of scrappy border of what is left of the fabrics I used in the 9-patches. Maybe another cream border on the other side of the scrappy one, if I have enough left.

    That looks beautiful! And as a newbie to quilting, I'm glad to see it not sewn together....doesn't look as hard as I thought it would be! Another one to add to my to-do list!

    Thanks! Not hard AT ALL. Just 9-patches and solid squares. :D I love simple patterns that come out looking not so simple! lol

    2" squares in the 9 patch, the large square is 6" (those are finished sizes).
