I would have never thought of putting those fabrics in a dresdan plate, but it looks fabulous. Can't wait to see the finished quilt.

I stopped by the fabric store this morning and looked at the MGF and it it Kaufman (spelling) for those that were inquiring. I showed the ladies at the quilt shop the picture of my work in progress, as they asked to see the finish project. I was in the neighborhood. They all loved the way it turned out as well. With all these wonderful comments, I am going to find a knitting needle and pop my head as I can no longer walk through the doors.

Again, Thanks for all the wonderful comments!!! It really validated my self esteem.

I really did not try to match them up, it just happened that way.
You're good! Makes it a lot easier when it just happens! (Try and it won't.)

No! Not a knitting needle! And ice pack should do. :P
Isn't the weather cold enough? :P Actually, you have every right to be glad the way it's turning out because you are doing a fine job!
