    I have some fabrics that resemble those colors, but it adds a medium brown. I wonder if that would work for your centers? You may want to audition when you go shopping. Love the block, love the batiks! You did a fabulous job, can't wait to see it finished.

    The block measures about 16 inches. I will center them on a 20 inch block. I bought the Batiks from the local quilt store in Berkley Michigan. I originally bought a white fabric with a very light leaf pattern for the background and center, but when a bunch of us from here go shop hopping this Saturday, I will take the square along to audition. I hope that I answered everyone's questions.

    When I saw the fabrics you posted earlier, I couldn't picture them an a Dresden Plate. Fooled me, didn't you? They are going to be PERFECT!
