Block14

This block was quick and easy. I assembled the flowers off block then blanket stitched them down quickly.
The embroidery that came with the block was nice and I liked it, but I wanted to try something a little different so I changed the embroidery

When I saw the pattern for this block I though it looked like fire so I tried to have my colors match that.

This is my dark block. the wools I picked had such body I couldn't resist so I change the embroidery to give it some definition

Fast and fun. I changed the heart from scrolling pieces to full solid hearts The last one I did with just scrolling hearts looked to plane to me. this design has more impact.
