    Beautiful! I like doing sashiko quilting also. It adds a contemporary flavor to the quilt. You're probably familiar with Kumiko Sudo. She has several books that offer origami-type flowers plus the sashiko stitches.

    Yes we have a book that Kumiko Sudo wrote in our little library, if is not then I know I have seen it at the club. Its very nice way of making flowers.

    I love all the quilts, but the needlework is totally awesome. I'd say you have a bunch of extremely talented people there with you. WOW!
