Just a sneak preview of my completed Radiant Star top. This king-sized beauty is ready to quilt. Just need some backing fabric!
I had been asked about my opinion on this pattern since it is by Eleanor Burns. Well, it is my first quilt using one of her patterns. And I thought is was fairly well written. I will make it again, just not a king size!

I loved your quilt. I think Eleanor's patterns are very well written. I am finishing her "Baltimore Album" now. Can't wait to start quilting it. I had the opportunity to go to her shop with a group and with reservations made ahead. She greets each person as we entered the shop, signed her books for us then we had lunch in her TV studio. She put on a great show as she told the story of how she began and is continuing with her business. She was hilarious!!!
