Working on my UFO's!
This is going to be the year to finish up projects that have been languishing! The black Applique is now complete! Started in 1998! When I started pulling projects to get organized, I found this sweet piece hiding....happy it's out in the open again! there is quite a bit of FMQ in the black....can't see a stitch of it in the pic! The applique was done by hand-I think my skills have improved in the last 15 years!
The snowman quilt was a free BOM by Ann Sutton, Snow Happy Hearts. Was fun and easy to keep up with the blocks. I struggled a bit with the final layout (most used theirs as sweet ornaments) but I am happy with it. Now for that final pesky step "quilt as desired"!
I have several more projects waiting their turn....shame on me!

Great start! Love the snowmen, my goal was to finish one before starting something new...then I started looking around and grabbed a new pattern for a sweatshirt jacket! My goal lasted about five minutes!
