Just finished quilting this Map of the World quilt. I didn't want to quilt it so that you coudn't read the map so I just followed the lines on the map grid. Easier said than done....good thing I had a SID ruler. This is another quilt for Japan. Others are making the tops and I am quilting the larger ones that the others can't do.

I'm getting so much practice in by doing this charity event and will be ready to get my LA business rolling when I'm finished.

It looks really nice! Interestingly enough I just quilted a U.S. Map last week following the state lines with waves in the ocean sections. It will be a gift for a 10 year old great-nephew!
