    That is certainly a beautiful quilt. I think it is exceptional for a first full size quilt, very ambitious. Thanks for sharing.

    I have friends in Fareham, near Portsmouth. We've visited a couple of times and love it there. Your quilt looks like a prize winner at a quilt show. Many masters of this hobby are not as good as you. What a spectacular project to take on as a beginner. You are really bold. Well DONE!

    WOW...looks like you were an A+ student & learned it all, from piecing to applique.Nice of you to recommend the book. Know a lot of beginners can use that info.
