    dh didn't use dowels.. he used screws right thru the yardsticks.. there are two screws under the yardsticks that they sit on., which holds them on the wall...

    Is there a screw for each spool of thread? I need to get my thread organized but I think I would only need 2 yardsticks. Although I am thinking of placing an order at CT.......

    yes there is a screw for each spool... he did a couple hundred screws..lol i doubt i can get any remodels done any tme soon !! lol

    and a quick way to measure an approximate yard of fabric-just hold it up to the wall! Hubby sure made quick work if it, too.
