    I did not have a pattern. There is a pattern called boxed squares or pandoras box. I used 2 1/2" strips. Did a four patch with 2 1/2" squares using 2 light and 2 dark squares. Trim them to 4 1/2" squares. Add 2 1/2" strips to top and bottom and lastly sides.

    and both r favorite patterns of mine. Have done several YBR but not the other one. Its on my to do list
