    Default Yellow/green/blue/red quilt top

My sister asked me to make a quilt for a ladies' retreat at a camp in NC. This will be used as a door prize.

She originally asked me to try to make it like a picture I had which showed reproduction fabrics (I'm assuming 30's), of which I have none. I pulled fabrics in these colors and this is what I ended up with. It is a lot brighter than I originally envisioned, but in the end, the top turned out pretty.

It's quite different from what I've been doing and is really simple--just 5" squares, 1.5" white sashings and cornerstones--all on point. Queen size - 92x98". Although simple, I'm finding that anything "on point" is harder than not on point.

I envy the lucky winner. On point always has so much energy, I think its more than worth the extra effort.

Very pretty. The white sashing and set on point make the blocks pop. I love it.
